What type of transportation do you offer?

We offer non-emergency stretcher, wheelchair, and ambulatory transport.

What certification or training does your staff have?

All drivers and transport attendants are CPR and First Aid certified.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. We accept cash, check, or some credit card out-of-pocket payments and contract-payments.

How do I arrange recurring transport needs for myself or my loved one?

Call 804-718-1006 and inform our friendly dispatch team that you or your loved one requires transportation on a recurring basis.

Do you accept American Express?

No, we do not. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Can I arrange a payment plan with Hospital to Home?

No, we unfortunately do not offer payment plans for our transport services.

How can I obtain a receipt?

We are happy to email a receipt upon the completion of your transaction. Please provide an email address to the dispatch representative.

Can you transport patients who have a tracheostomy?

Yes, we just ask that the patient’s tracheostomy be capped prior to transport.

Can you transport patients who have a Foley catheter?

Yes.

How far in advance should I book my transportation?

We advise you to book your transportation on a “sooner the better” basis. In other words, as soon as you know of your transport needs, give us a call and we’d be happy to schedule your ride. However, we are able to provide transport as soon as practical in most cases.

Can I have someone ride with me during my transport?

Yes. Each patient may have one accompanying passenger.

Do you transport children or minors?

 Yes. We transport both pediatric and adult patients.

Can you administer transportation out of state?

Yes. We have no geographical limitations to our ground transportation.
